Delivery conditions
Dear business partners,
Orders received by 11 a.m. will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be shipped the next business day after ordering.
For each shipment, you will be charged an appropriate handling fee corresponding to the volume of the shipment. Of course, we always pack each shipment taking into account its contents. That is, in order to eliminate damage caused by transport as much as possible and also to reduce the number of shipped packages to the lowest possible and thus reduce the handling fees billed to you to the lowest possible amount.
DPD parcel handling fees
- 1-3 packages – CZK 99 without VAT
- 4-7 packages – CZK 199 without VAT
- 8-10 packages – CZK 299 without VAT
At the same time, we would like to point out the weight and volume limits of shipments (see DPD transport conditions). The weight limit for shipments sent by the DPD transport service is 31.5 kg/package, the maximum length of the longest side of the shipment is 175 cm and the maximum perimeter length (2x width + 2x height + length) is 300 cm. Goods that do not meet these maximum limits in terms of weight or volume can only be shipped by pallet transport.
Goods excluded from transport
- Goods that by their nature do not meet the conditions for sending by DPD parcel transport. These are, for example, flammables, chemicals, acid-forming, corrosive and irritating substances, car batteries and other dangerous goods subject to some of the transport conventions ADR, IATA DGR, etc. – see DPD
- 's conditions of carriage
- Goods of atypical non-compact shapes without rigid protective packaging (e.g. construction tubs, brooms, soil drills, crowbars, etc.)
- Goods with a high risk of possible damage or spillage (e.g. larger plastic boxes for tools or liquid preparations)
Goods sent by parcel transport with a special handling surcharge
These are goods whose weight or volume do not correspond to the maximum limits of DPD parcel transport, but for which our company has agreed a special chargeable transport exception. The listed goods are always sent by parcel transport with a handling fee of CZK 100, excluding VAT.

For possible delivery, the minimum order value is set at CZK 3,000 incl. VAT)
- CZK 99 without VAT (handling fee for orders from CZK 3,000 to CZK 5,000 including VAT)
- Free (CZK 0 handling fee for orders over CZK 5,000 including VAT)
Pallet transport
Orders whose volume does not correspond to possible shipment by parcel transport (i.e. 11 or more parcels) or orders containing goods excluded from parcel transport or orders containing oversized or easily damaged goods are dispatched by pallet transport. Pallet transport is charged at CZK 499 excluding VAT for each pallet. Each customer will be informed in advance about the future shipment of his order via pallet.
