Digital detector and hygrometer

Professional wire, profile detector and hygrometer in one allows you to detect in walls or plasterboard:
• live cables up to 50 mm
• ferromagnetic metals up to 120 mm
• non-ferrous metals (eg copper pipes) up to 80 mm
• wooden construction elements up to 20 mm thick, up to 38 mm thick

The built-in moisture meter for wood and building materials allows you to:
• measurement to a depth of 8 mm
• wood moisture measurement in the range of 5-50%
• moisture measurement of building materials in the range of 1.5-33%

The use of the YATO YT-73138 detector and a 4in1 meter significantly speeds up work, increases safety and minimizes the risk of accidental damage to the electrical or hydraulic installation located under the plaster. Thanks to it, you can safely drill a hole or find a place to screw a screw into a wooden or metal profile hidden under plasterboard. The built-in hygrometer will allow, among other things, to determine the moisture level of the plaster in thermal bridges and also to check the humidity of wood intended as fuel.

Large and readable display with LED backlight informs us about:
• selected function
• signal strength [%]
• distance from the required metal element [cm]
• centric location relative to the sensor

Other features and equipment:
• acoustic signal and three signaling diodes, green / orange / red, which also indicate the detection of the searched material.

• automatic shutdown after 5 minutes of inactivity
• on the underside of the detector there are inserts made of soft material, which protect the case against scratches when in contact with the surface.
