Electric vegetable slicer designed for professional use in catering establishments, restaurants and catering companies.

The use of a powerful motor ensures high efficiency, reaching 300 kg / h, which allows very fast slicing of large quantities of vegetables, which is especially important for professional users.

The set contains 5 interchangeable cutting discs with a diameter of 205 mm, which allow cutting to:
• 2 mm slices
• 4 mm slices
• 3 mm strips
• 4 mm strips
• 7 mm strips

Vegetables can be loaded through the main oval hole measuring 175 x 80 mm using a convenient lever pusher or through a small round hole 50 mm in diameter using a manual pusher.

The body of the device is made of a high quality alloy of aluminum and magnesium with an anodized surface. This makes the device very easy to clean and keep clean. In addition, a special shield is used to protect the rotating mechanism from dirt.

Special attention has been paid to maintaining work safety. The device therefore has a safety switch, splash-proof, splash-proof during operation and washing. In addition, the microswitch prevents the device from operating when the damper is opened.

The slicer is equipped with four anti-slip feet to ensure stability during operation. The kit also includes an additional cleaning brush with a scraper.
