It is made of high quality stainless steel 21/0, specially developed for use in gastronomy. The biggest advantage of pots made of this type of steel is the heat conduction of 30% greater than standard pots made of 304 steel.
They are also characterized by increased resistance to mechanical damage and the action of organic acids and detergents. Therefore, the pots are dishwasher safe and resistant to intensive washing.
It is important that pots made of 21/0 steel do not contain manganese and nickel harmful to human health.
The special design of the bottom of the pot distributes heat evenly over the entire bottom surface, which increases the degree of heat utilization and cooking efficiency. This is reflected directly in their quality and comfort of the chef's work.
