The spray gun is used for painting work. Compressed air is essential for proper gun operation. The paint in the gun cartridge and the compressed air supplied to the gun form a mixture of paint and air particles at the exit of the gun nozzle.

Use a wrench to tighten the nozzle. Check the tightness and tightness of the connections of the compressed air supply system. Blow out the air supply hose before connecting to the system. Before using the gun, make sure that it has been properly cleaned and maintained. Make sure that the container with the coating material is connected so that it is properly sealed.

The width and shape of the spray jet can be changed by turning the air nozzle. The shape of the stream can be continuously adjusted from flat to round according to your needs. The amount of coating material supplied to the air stream is adjusted by the control knob for the amount of coating material. On the other hand, the intensity of the mixture of coating material and air is adjusted by means of the spray control knob. It is recommended to adjust the flow of the mixture to obtain as small particles of coating material as possible, which will ensure a better distribution of the coating material on the surface.

When using a gun, the distance between the gun outlet and the surface to be covered should be in the range of 10 to 15 cm. Try to guide the gun exit perpendicular to the surface you want to paint. Avoid arcuate movements that would cause uneven distribution of the coating material. It is recommended to apply several thin layers instead of one thick.

Depending on the type of coating material, the amount of compressed air should be selected by adjusting the air pressure control knob.

Always remember to replace the entire set of nozzles. The kit includes a coating nozzle, a needle and an air nozzle.

Check the needle cover for leaks during operation. If significant wear occurs, the seal should be replaced with a wrench to remove the packing assembly during the periodic inspection of the gun.
