Polishing kit to restore the clarity of the headlights, without disturbing the original hardened layer and without causing the headlights to age.

This kit is intended to revive and restore the clarity of headlights that are surface gray, yellowed, dull, not damaged in depth, cracked or significantly scratched.

For polishing lights with a standard or cordless drill. Polishing is performed mechanically, without removing the original UV cover varnish and without chemical deterioration of the headlight surface. As CAREX polishing paste is water-based, it is therefore not chemically aggressive, like competitive pastes, intended mainly for hand polishing.

Use :

• While humidifying with water, the surface of the headlights is manually abraded in a circular motion, first with P1500 grit sandpaper, then P2000.
• Subsequent polishing takes place using a drill with polishing foam with paste, so it is possible to reliably polish the surface without the addition of chemically aggressive substances in the paste, which degrade the surface of headlights and accelerate its aging, which is the rule for hand polishing pastes.
• All you have to do is wash the headlight, it doesn't have to be dismantled or covered with masking tape, the carrier is attached to the drill, and a polishing foam moistened with a few drops of water is attached to it with Velcro. A little polishing paste is applied to the foam and the surface of the headlights is polished to the desired state with occasional wetting of the foam or addition of paste.
• After washing and drying, a thin protective film of carnauba wax is applied to the surface with an applicator, which is polished with a second applicator after 20 minutes.
• Due to the machine's use of the kit, the result is incomparable compared to manual polishing.
