Gas grill tabletop + pizza oven + grill plate

The NAPOLI grill is a free-standing gas grill that can be placed on a table, garden kitchen counter, or other solid surface. An optional part of the Cattara TORINO modular garden kitchen. It offers the construction of a classic grill with a grid, a grill plate and a pizza oven with the possibility of easy replacement.

The entire grill is constructed of stainless steel. Replaceable top parts are secured with wing screws. For easy maintenance, the grill is equipped with a pull-out shelf on the back to catch dripping fat. On the side, the grill is equipped with a gas supply with a 1m hose and a control valve.

The first possibility of use is the placement of a structure with a classic stainless steel grill grate. The grill with grid offers a grilling area of ​​40 x 31 cm. In addition, the grate is equipped with a cover underneath to protect the burner from fat dripping.

Another option is to install a grilling plate made of massive steel sheet with an area of ​​50 x 38 cm. The plate is analogous to a homemade "Teppanyaki". In the left corner, the plate is equipped with a hole located exactly above the removable grill drawer. The drawer itself can be used to drip sauce and juices from dishes, or just to drip fat and keep the grill clean.

As a last option is the use of a durable pizza oven construction. The oven is designed for easy use and quick pizza preparation. It offers an interior space of 44.5 x 38 cm equipped with a square pizza stone made of cordierite measuring 31 x 31 cm. Cordierit ensures perfect baking of the pizza dough, hot air is also guided around the pizza through the side vents and, thanks to the rounded ceiling, it is concentrated in the central part of the oven, thus ensuring a perfect and quick preparation of the pizza.

The Napoli grill is suitable for use with the Cattara TORINO system, together they form an ideal outdoor kitchen for comfortable grilling and making your stay in the garden more pleasant.
